Circuit Training
Combine all the benefits from both cardiovascular and resistance training into one class.  A circuit class uses interval training (brief periods of high intensity training with periods of rest) to get the most out of your work-out as it increases your metabolism both during and after your work-out. Circuit training is a great way to get fit, toned and have fun!
